World of Warcraft: PTR 2.4 Fishing Daily Goodies

This post interested me mainly because I actually have a main with nearly maxed Fishing Skill…yea I know, what a waste of time. But if you’re like me, Patch 2.4 will be a good excuse to blow off the dust on the fishing rod as there are new rare reward items availabe from completing the daily in the form of the Bag of Fishing Treasures, much like the daily reward from the Cooking daily.
A few of the reward items that can be obtained from the fishing daily includes:
- 4 non-combat baby crocolisk pets
- Eye of the Sea Unique +15 stamina blue gem!
- Weather-Beaten Fishing Hat Attaches a +75 Fishing lure for 10 minutes when used.
- The 2 Ring Epic +22 stats fishing daily reward item Note: The 2 Ring is binded on equip!
- Spun Truesilver Fishing Line
- Weather-Beaten Journal Adds Find Fish to radar

Fishing Daily Update:
Now that patch 2.4 is live. The NPC, Old Man Barlo, to start the fishing daily can be found at southwest corner of Silmyr Lake, just follow the road from Shattrath City to the nearby lake, northeast of Shattrath City.

Bait Bandits - Terokkar Forest - Rivers - Blackfin Darter
Felblood Fillet - Hellfire Peninsula and Shadowmoon Valley - Monstrous Felblood Snapper
Shrimpin’ Ain’t Easy - Zangarmarsh - Bloated Barbed Gill Trout (open them to find the shrimp(s))
The One That Got Away - Nagrand - Big Lakes - World’s Largest Mudfish
Crocolisks in the City - Stormwind or Orgrimmar - Baby Crocolisk
