World of Warcraft: PTR 2.4 Items

I like the look of the Dragonscale-Encrusted Longblade. There’s also a new Legendary Weapon, a bow, Thori’dal The Star’s Fury.
There’s new Tier 6 items, which are the boots, belts, and gloves.
But the coolest thing, in my opinion, is the new reputation items for PvP, aka Newbie Welfare Gear. This is great for new 70 characters that want to get into the arena action. I wish Patch 2.4 would had came out when I was gearing my Druid, and I still wish it comes out soon, as entering arena with greens and low blues items isn’t pretty, especially when people 1 or 2 shot you… I’m thinking of leveling up another class, probably a Rogue, so this is great news for me.
There appears to be a new Rocket Flying Mount which looks really cool. I assume this is a Loot Card mount. Damn you Blizzard.
Update #1:
Patch 2.4 will now able players to purchase epic gems from a NPC on Isle of Quel’Danas.
This will be nice for those that can’t enter end game raids, especially for PvP players. Guess you can say these are more 2.4 Welfare items for PvP players…and I’m one of them. Time to run more heroics…[sigh]
On the side note, besides selling the epic gems, the NPC also sells the 38 patterns need to cut those gems. They require reputation, Shattered Sun Offensive, and cost about 40g per pattern, which might cost a little less than 2000 gold to obtain all 38 patterns… Patch 2.4 will be fun for Jewelrycrafters…and expensive.
There’s also a new enchant for tanks. Enchant Cloak - Steelweave. This drops from both normal and heroic bosses from Magister’s Terrace in patch 2.4.
Patch 2.4 will also give Alchemist new items to play.
